Senior Field Development Manager who will be acting as coach for other Field Development Managers, world wide.
Candidate should be able to produce guidelines for Field Development, and roll out these guidelines within the organisation.
Preparation of integrated Field (re)development plans.
Be able to plan and guide the construction of complex well configurations. |
|
- Educational degree at least MSc.
- Experience 20+ years in oil/gas Industry in similar role.
- Very good coaching skills
- Broad knowledge of- and experience in all relevant Field development disciplines |

Full time position (Client staff) for several years
Based in Head office in Central Europe
Frequent travel required
